Took the boys to Cuong Nhu training camp. Had a great time irrespective of my knee 😉 I was very proud of the boys as they both got involved in some mid and adult classes and distinguised themselves. Devyn also had alot of fun heckling John Burns on the stage ( something they do every year ).
